AT&T will be carrying out its monthly patching of all of the Charter servers on Saturday July 24

When - Saturday July 24
Start - 6pm/18:00 UK
End - 11:59pm/23:59 UK

Affected
All servers will require reboots
No access to the platform at this time
No access to CRS
No access to Test databases / S: Drive

FRIDAY JULY 30

Following the half year and ahead of the July close we will be running some data optimisation processes

When - Friday July 30
Start - 07:00am UK
End - 10:00pm/22:00 UK

Affected
Platform will be available
No access to CRS
Access to Test databases / S: Drive WILL be available

However, due to the processor intensity of these activities , users may encounter some reduction in performance from time to time during the day
