Known Issues - CRS Connection Fails (SAP BUG Reported)

Symptoms
>> Users have successfully logged onto the CRS Production Desktop but encounter an error when launching CRS / BPC for Excel

Cause
>> SAP have reported a bug with the refresh of the users XML application settings file

Workaround
>> Users can rename the existing file and log on as normal, the file will rebuild from scratch and will work

Prognosis
>> SAP are forecasting a fix in SP08
>> Charter is unlikely to implement this patch as the SAP BPC roadmap is to move to version 7.5 in Q12011
